We want your stay at Villa Risan Apartments to be as comfortable, peaceful, and carefree as possible. Here are a few things to know before you arrive:
Parking
Free private parking is available on site.
If you’re arriving by car, please let us know in advance so we can reserve a space for you.
Quiet Atmosphere
Our villa is designed for rest and relaxation.
To ensure a peaceful environment for all guests, we kindly ask you to keep noise to a minimum, especially in the evening hours.
Smoking
Smoking is allowed only on balconies and outdoor areas.
All indoor spaces are strictly non-smoking.
Pets
We love animals — but unfortunately, we cannot accept pets on the property.
Cleaning & Towels
Your apartment is thoroughly cleaned before arrival, and fresh towels and bed linen are provided.
For stays longer than 7 days, we offer a weekly refresh — this includes fresh towels and linens, plus a light in-apartment cleaning.
If you would like additional cleaning during your stay, we’ll be happy to arrange it (with 24 hours’ notice, extra charges apply).
Early Check-In / Late Check-Out
If you wish to arrive earlier or leave later than usual, please let us know in advance.
We’re happy to accommodate your request whenever possible, depending on availability.
Guests & Visitors
Only registered guests may stay overnight.
If you plan to receive visitors during the day, please let us know in advance.
Care & Responsibility
We kindly ask you to treat the apartment and shared areas with care and respect.
In the unlikely event of damage, we may request reimbursement to cover repair or replacement costs.
