We have a total of 8 guest apartments. We offer everything from cozy studios for solo travelers or couples to spacious family suites. Our apartments are designed to maximize comfort and privacy, and every single one includes a private balcony or terrace, allowing you to enjoy the stunning views in your own personal outdoor space.

Yes, they do. We specifically chose this location for our villa so that all our guests can enjoy a spectacular panorama. Whether you are relaxing in your room or stepping onto your private balcony or terrace, you will be treated to breathtaking views of the Kotor Bay and the surrounding majestic mountains.

4. How far is the nearest beach, and can I walk there?

Absolutely — one of the best parts of our location is the easy access to the coast. The nearest sandy beach is only about 300 metres away, which is a pleasant 3 to 8-minute walk from our property. There is also a beach just 35 metres from the shore. This means you can be swimming in the crystal-clear Adriatic Sea in just minutes after leaving your apartment.

5. Do you have a swimming pool on site, and what are the other amenities?

We take a different approach to relaxation here. While we don't have a swimming pool, we offer a serene private Mediterranean garden where you can relax in the shade of olive and citrus trees. You are also welcome to use our barbecue facilities for a fun outdoor meal. For those who like to stay active, the region itself is perfect for hiking and swimming in the bay.

6. Is parking available, and is there a fee?

We want your arrival to be as stress-free as possible, so we are happy to provide free, private parking on site for our guests. The parking area is secure and dedicated just for our residents. However, spaces are limited, so we always recommend letting us know in advance that you are arriving by car so we can reserve a spot for you.

7. Do you provide an airport shuttle service?

Yes, we can help you arrange transportation to and from the airport. Tivat Airport is the closest, located just 20 km away. We offer a paid airport shuttle service. Simply let us know your flight details in advance, and we will make sure a comfortable ride is waiting for you when you arrive, taking the guesswork out of your journey to Risan.

8. Are there any restaurants or grocery stores within walking distance of the villa?

Yes, you will find all the necessities within a short walk of our villa. The center of Risan, where you can find shops, markets, restaurants, and the local bus station, is approximately 500 metres away. This makes it very easy to pick up groceries for a meal at home or to go out and explore the local cuisine without needing a car.

9. What is your check-in and check-out time, and is there a reception desk?

Our standard check-in time is from 4:00 PM until 10:00 PM (22:00), and our check-out time is by 11:00 AM. We want to be transparent: we do not have a 24-hour front desk. This is a family-run, private property. We kindly ask that you inform us of your expected arrival time in advance, especially if you plan to arrive after 12:00 PM (noon), so we can be there to welcome you personally.

10. Is the property suitable for families with young children?

Absolutely, we warmly welcome families! We can provide a baby cot upon request free of charge for children aged 0-3 years. For older children, our family suites offer plenty of space, and the beautiful private garden is a wonderful place for them to play. While the villa is designed for relaxation, we are well-equipped to accommodate families of all sizes.
